This family contacted us to accompany them in their project to build a modern house with a flat roof, as they had dreamed of for several years. We brought in one of our technologists to listen to their wishes and needs regarding their new home. Here is the modern flat roof house plan drawn by our technologist. The ground floor of the house has a bedroom to the left of the entrance and a laundry room to its right. In the continuity we find a bathroom and the main room composed of the living room, the kitchen and the dining room overlooking the outside. Upstairs we find a second bathroom and a large bedroom with bathroom and access to the terrace.
