Here, the project of our clients from Longueuil was to build a custom-made one-storey chalet. To do so, they made the right decision to call on Plan House because we quickly put them in touch with one of our technologists to support them. After their first video meeting, our architectural technologist was able to draw the following single-storey chalet plan.

This single-storey chalet plan is made up of four bedrooms with walk-in closets, including the master bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. We find a common bathroom, the mechanical room and the family room containing the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with fireplace, all overlooking the outdoor terrace located at the back of the chalet.

Once the single-storey chalet plan was completed by our technologist, our Longueuil clients were able to be put in touch with one of our partner contractors to start the work and ensure its successful completion.
