A magnificent mountain chalet plan combining comfort, views, and modernity
Are you looking for a mountain chalet plan that perfectly blends rustic style with contemporary lines? This chalet model by Plan Maison Québec is designed to offer a warm, practical lifestyle connected to nature. Thanks to its thoughtful three-level design, it's an ideal choice for both a primary residence and a secondary chalet in a mountainous region.
Architecture designed for the landscape
With a total surface area of 2,080 square feet, this contemporary and rustic chalet offers impressive volume in a compact format of 28 feet wide by 30 feet deep. Its modern-angled glass facade and steeply pitched roof blend perfectly with forest, mountain, or lakeside environments. The front balcony and rear deck allow you to fully enjoy the scenery, no matter the time of day.
A three-level layout
This mountain chalet plan offers a well-distributed structure spread over two full floors plus a mezzanine. The fully finished basement includes three bedrooms, a full bathroom, two storage areas, a mechanical room, and direct access to the property via a bright garden level.
On the ground floor, you'll find an open living area with a spacious kitchen featuring a central island, a cozy dining room, and a living room with a fireplace for winter evenings. A second full bathroom with a freestanding bathtub adds to the daily comfort. The mezzanine overlooks the living room and offers additional space that can be used as a family room, reading nook, or home office.
A perfect choice for nature lovers
This mountain chalet plan without a garage emphasizes the essentials: nature, light, and living space. It is ideal for families, couples, or retirees looking for a cozy retreat to enjoy the Quebec seasons in peace and quiet.
