The chalet plan is composed, on the garden level, of three bedrooms, a cold room, the mechanical room, a bathroom, and a common room opening onto the outdoor terrace. On the ground floor of the chalet is the master bedroom with its bathroom and walk-in closet, a laundry room, and the family room consisting of the living room, the kitchen and its pantry, and the dining room opening onto the terrace.
