Like this family from Bas-Saint-Laurent who was able to trust the technologist we introduced to them to carry out a major expansion of their house . Their request consisted of adding a double garage on one side of the house and creating an extension to the house with a roof terrace on the other side of the existing building. A real challenge taken up by our professional technologist who offered them this magnificent modern house plan which convinced them to quickly call on a builder to pursue their dream. This plan shows in the basement a large swimming pool added to the left of the house . On the ground floor, walls have fallen to add a large living room, dining room and kitchen with large bay windows opening onto a beautiful and large terrace. On the same level, on the left of the building, there is a large double garage connected to the current house by a corridor and a staircase which goes up to the added floor on this garage.
