The project here was to redo a new foundation of the chalet in order to reorganize the interior of the basement and add new windows to let in more natural light. The basement now consists of a large family room, a garage with a workshop at the back, a bedroom and an office. Renovated, the ground floor now consists of a large family room with the living room, dining room and kitchen running the entire length of the chalet, two bedrooms, a bathroom.
