This family from Saguenay contacted us because they needed help with their new home construction project. We therefore called on our construction estimator to study their project in detail, as well as one of our technologists to draw their construction plan. Here is the final plan produced by our building designer and our technologist. This model house plan has a garden level consisting of a family room, with kitchen, living room and dining room with access to the covered terrace. We also find the mechanical room, a laundry room and a pantry there. On the ground floor are three bedrooms with dressing rooms and two bathrooms.
