A magnificent bungalow design combining comfort, space, and modernity
Are you looking for a spacious, bright, and well-designed bungalow to meet the needs of a modern family? This rustic-style single-family home plan is an ideal solution. With a generous 2,695 sq ft, it stands out for its elongated design and its warm, elegant aesthetic. Without a garage, this model maximizes living space and emphasizes harmony between simplicity, functionality, and refinement.
A warm and timeless architectural style
The rustic style of this bungalow combines modern lines with a discreet rustic touch, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the very first glance. The exterior cladding is understated, clean, and harmonious, highlighting the building's balanced volumes. Natural wood details elegantly enhance the overall effect, evoking the charm of country homes reinvented for modern living.
This bungalow model blends perfectly into wooded, rural, or suburban settings, while offering a rustic look that will appeal to lovers of modern design.
A functional single-level layout
Designed for single-story living, this plan offers a fluid and intelligent layout on a single floor, without a mezzanine or basement. It thus offers full accessibility, ideal for families with young children, seniors, or simply those who prefer simplicity.
The four bedrooms are well-spaced to ensure privacy and tranquility for all members of the household. The master bedroom, located apart, can easily accommodate an en-suite bathroom or a walk-in closet, depending on preference.
The two bathrooms efficiently complete daily comforts, allowing for easy circulation even during peak hours.
A bright and open living area
The heart of the bungalow model is its vast open space, combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Thanks to large windows and cathedral ceilings in certain areas, natural light floods the living spaces. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for entertaining family and friends.
The kitchen with a central island becomes a true gathering point. It offers ample counter space and a modern layout, while remaining in direct contact with the dining room and living room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
A model designed for everyday life
With its generous dimensions of 70 feet wide by 45 feet deep, this house offers ample space for secondary rooms, such as a home office or a playroom.
The poured concrete or slab foundation ensures stability, durability, and optimal thermal comfort. The absence of a basement allows for easy maintenance and a consistent ceiling height throughout the house.
Every detail of this plan has been designed to provide a practical, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing living environment, meeting the highest standards of residential construction.
