This contemporary three-section farmhouse stands out immediately due to its unique layout, which distributes the home's various functions across three clearly defined volumes. Rather than concentrating all rooms within a conventional rectangular shape, the floor plan creates a single-story, 3,324-square-foot residence organized around a central pavilion and two side wings.
 

 
This composition creates a natural separation between private areas, shared living spaces, and the home's more utilitarian functions. With a total width of 107 feet, a depth of 51 feet 7 inches, and an integrated double garage, the building fully embraces its horizontal architectural profile.
 

 
Three sections define the home's structure
 

 
The design is based on three interconnected sections. Each features its own gable roofline and serves a specific function within the ground-floor layout.
 

 
The left section primarily houses private areas and bedrooms. The central section is dedicated entirely to shared living spaces, while the right wing contains the home office, laundry room, and double garage.
 

 
This layout also shapes the home's exterior appearance. The three large gabled volumes add rhythm to the façade, evoking the look of multiple farm buildings joined into a single composition—a feature particularly well-suited to the contemporary farmhouse style.
