A chalet designed for year-round living
This four-season chalet plan was designed to offer optimal comfort throughout the year. Combining modernity and Scandinavian inspiration, this model captivates with its clean lines, gently sloping roof, and the use of wood that blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. Whether as a primary residence or a secondary chalet, it meets the needs of families seeking a warm, bright, and functional space.
Modern and Scandinavian architecture
With a surface area of 1,900 sq. ft., this one-story chalet features modern and Scandinavian architecture that emphasizes simplicity and light. Its large windows offer breathtaking views of the outdoors and allow guests to take full advantage of natural light throughout the day. The blend of quality materials and the intelligent organization of the interior spaces make this a residence that is both elegant and practical.
A functional and welcoming layout
The four-season chalet plan offers an interior layout perfectly suited to the needs of a modern family. With three spacious bedrooms, each home enjoys their own private and comfortable space. The three bathrooms provide a rare convenience in this type of construction, facilitating daily life for both residents and guests.
The finished garden level and finished basement add an extra dimension to the home, providing versatile spaces for a secondary living room, an office, or a playroom. This layout maximizes every square meter and adapts to different lifestyles.
A veranda to enjoy nature all year round
One of the major assets of this model is undoubtedly the integrated veranda. This bright space allows for extended moments of relaxation throughout all seasons. In summer, it becomes an ideal place to enjoy the view and the breeze, while in winter, it transforms into a warm cocoon where you can admire the snowy landscapes without feeling the cold. This element reinforces the versatile and year-round livability of this four-season chalet plan.
A home adapted to all lifestyles
Without a garage, but with a poured concrete foundation and a fully finished basement, this chalet prioritizes living space and conviviality. It appeals to families looking for a comfortable main home as well as to homeowners wanting a secondary cottage that can be lived in year-round. Its modern design, combined with Scandinavian inspiration, allows it to blend harmoniously into both urban settings and the great outdoors.
Why choose this four-season chalet plan?
Choosing this model means choosing a sustainable, modern residence designed for daily well-being. Every detail has been designed to optimize comfort and functionality, while maintaining the elegance of contemporary architecture. With its bright garden level, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and veranda, it offers everything a family could look for in a chalet or single-family home.
