A house plan with a partial basement and garage designed for family comfort
This house plan with a partial basement and garage offers a smart layout that combines functionality, comfort, and traditional aesthetics. Designed to meet the needs of modern families while maintaining a timeless appeal, this single-family home model stands out for its efficient layout, natural light, and integrated garage, perfectly suited to the Quebec lifestyle.
With a total area of 2,184 sq ft, this home with a basement offers an ideal balance between open living spaces and more private areas. Its well-proportioned dimensions, 56 feet wide by 28 feet deep, allow for easy placement on various types of lots, while maximizing interior ergonomics.
Warm and durable traditional architecture
The traditional architectural style gives this model a reassuring and elegant look. The balanced proportions, gently sloping roof, and carefully chosen materials ensure harmonious integration into residential environments, whether urban, suburban, or rural. This house plan with a partial basement and garage relies on a proven architectural style that is both functional and timeless, transcending trends without ever going out of fashion.
The poured concrete foundation provides a solid and durable structure, perfectly suited to Quebec's climate. The finished partial basement adds another dimension to the home by offering versatile spaces while maintaining excellent energy efficiency.
A bright and well-organized main floor
The main floor of this house was designed to promote conviviality and easy flow. The common areas benefit from abundant natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen, dining room, and living room flow seamlessly together, facilitating daily life and shared moments with family and friends.
The master bedroom is ideally positioned to offer peace and privacy, while the two other bedrooms perfectly accommodate children, guests, or a home office. Two full bathrooms ensure optimal comfort for all occupants, minimizing the demands of family life.
A finished semi-basement with multiple possibilities
The finished semi-basement is a major advantage of this model. It allows for the addition of versatile spaces as needed: a family room, a home office, a recreation area, or optimized storage. This configuration significantly improves the overall functionality of the home while increasing its value.
Thanks to thoughtful design, this level benefits from smooth circulation and excellent layout potential, without compromising the comfort of the main floor.
An attached single garage for everyday convenience
The attached single garage is directly accessible from the house, offering effective protection from the elements and additional storage space. This is a key element of this house plan with a partial basement and garage, particularly appreciated in a climate like Quebec's. The garage integrates seamlessly into the overall architecture and contributes to the home's functionality.
A plan designed to adapt to your project
This model was designed to offer a solid and adaptable foundation for various needs. It provides an excellent starting point for a custom construction project, whether for a primary residence or a long-term family home. True to Plan Maison Québec's expertise, this plan stands out for its technical precision, clarity, and adaptability.
