When you purchase building plans, the plans include the following elements:

With these plans, you will be able to apply for permits from your city, obtain bids from contractors in your area, and build your house, either with a contractor or on your own.

It is always possible to have the plans modified to comply with the requirements of your region.

There is no list of materials included with the plans purchased online as it must be custom made according to your choices.
