A timeless rustic farmhouse single-family home
This 3-bedroom farmhouse plan without a garage was designed to meet the needs of families seeking a comfortable, bright home perfectly suited to everyday living. Inspired by modern rustic architecture, this single-story residence combines the charm of traditional country homes with current residential design standards.
With 1,352 square feet of living space, this single-family home offers a remarkable balance of space, functionality, and aesthetics. Its dark vertical siding, exposed decorative beams, and covered terraces create an elegant architectural signature that blends seamlessly into both rural and residential settings.
Optimized single-level layout
Built on a poured concrete foundation and without a basement, this home maximizes every available square foot thanks to a thoughtful interior layout. Its 52-foot-wide by 26-foot-deep dimensions allow for generous living spaces while maintaining an efficient footprint.
Upon entering, a closed vestibule welcomes residents and provides convenient storage for seasonal clothing and accessories. This buffer zone also contributes to the home's thermal comfort.
The heart of the house is a spacious open-plan living area encompassing the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This layout promotes natural light and creates a welcoming environment for family life and entertaining.
A bright and inviting living space
The kitchen features a large central island offering ample work surfaces and a popular gathering place. An adjacent pantry optimizes storage for groceries and small appliances, helping to maintain a tidy environment.
The dining room has direct access to the outdoor terrace, making al fresco dining easy during the warmer months. The generously sized living room allows for a comfortable and inviting lounge area.
The numerous strategically placed windows maximize natural light and offer unobstructed views of the outdoors, enhancing the feeling of spaciousness inside the home.
Three bedrooms designed for family life
This house features three generously sized bedrooms, comfortably accommodating a family or providing space for a home office, depending on your needs.
The master bedroom enjoys a more intimate location near the powder room and main bathroom. The two other bedrooms are grouped in a separate wing of the house, ensuring peace and privacy for each occupant.
This intelligent distribution of private spaces allows for harmonious living among family members while maintaining excellent functionality.
Two bathrooms for added comfort
One of the key advantages of this model is the presence of two separate bathrooms. Each full bathroom includes a bathtub, a separate shower, a vanity, and all the essential amenities for everyday comfort.
An additional powder room located near the entrance is a welcome feature for guests and everyday use.
The utility room and washer/dryer area are discreetly integrated to optimize the efficiency of the technical spaces without compromising the overall aesthetics of the home.
A house designed for today's lifestyle
This 3-bedroom farmhouse plan without a garage is an excellent solution for families looking for a single-story home with warm and timeless architecture. Its intelligent layout, open spaces, three bedrooms, and covered terraces make it a particularly versatile model.
Thanks to its carefully crafted rustic farmhouse style and efficient interior organization, this house meets the expectations of homeowners who seek both comfort and architectural character. Like all models offered by Plan Maison Québec, this plan can be customized to suit your lot and your specific needs.
