Farmhouse floor plan with garage: A spacious and elegant design with timeless style
This farmhouse floor plan with a garage offers a modern, rustic, and traditional interpretation of the timeless style of classic country homes. With a generous 4,000 sq ft spread over two floors, this single-family home provides exceptional living space, perfectly designed for families seeking comfort, functionality, and architectural character. Its elongated footprint, triple garage, classic lines, and mixed stone and vertical siding create a harmonious whole that blends seamlessly into a rural, wooded, or suburban setting.
A reimagined farmhouse architecture: Elegant and imposing
Thanks to its 102-foot-wide longitudinal design, this farmhouse floor plan with a garage is distinguished by its elongated silhouette, punctuated by varied volumes and traditional gabled roofs. The combination of wood, vertical siding, and stone creates a facade rich in texture and authenticity. Large vertical windows emphasize the contemporary look while bringing light and warmth to the interior. The covered and welcoming main entrance reinforces the modern farmhouse character, inviting you into a home with a style that is both elegant and inviting.
A bright, welcoming ground floor designed for family life
The ground floor offers a spacious central living area where the living room, dining room, and kitchen flow together in a bright and open-plan layout. High ceilings and abundant windows create a space where natural light abounds, highlighting the interior architecture. The kitchen, the true heart of the home, features a spacious island, ample storage, and an ideal layout for entertaining and cooking with family.
At the rear, a large covered terrace seamlessly extends the living space outdoors, allowing you to fully enjoy sunny days in a comfortable and sheltered environment. This continuity between indoors and outdoors reinforces the welcoming nature of this long facade.
Well-distributed and perfectly functional private spaces
The ground floor also includes a versatile bedroom or office, ideal for working from home or hosting guests. Nearby, a well-designed bathroom ensures convenient use for both family and visitors. The utility room, storage areas, and a cloakroom complete this floor, enhancing the model's functionality.
Upstairs, the layout offers privacy and comfort. There are three additional bedrooms, each designed to provide a warm and bright personal space. The master suite stands out with its generous size, large windows, and storage spaces tailored to contemporary needs. A full bathroom serves the upper floor, ensuring practical layouts for families with multiple occupants.
An integrated triple garage for superior functionality
One of the key features of this long farmhouse plan with a garage is its triple garage. Spacious and seamlessly integrated into the facade, it can accommodate several vehicles, seasonal equipment, or even a workshop. Its direct access to the house facilitates daily life and contributes to an organized and practical lifestyle.
A perfect long, narrow model for large lots and open landscapes
Thanks to its horizontal configuration and two-story structure without a basement, this model is particularly well-suited to large rectangular lots or lots offering expansive views. The building's impressive width, combined with its rustic and contemporary lines, creates a strong architectural presence that never goes unnoticed.
A bright, spacious, and timeless house plan
This long, narrow farmhouse plan with a garage offers a perfect balance between rustic charm, contemporary elegance, and modern functionality. Its generous size, four bedrooms, open-concept layout, and triple garage make it an ideal model for families who want to enjoy a harmonious, sustainable space adapted to today's realities.
