A modern and warm nordic design

The Scandinavian two-story house plan we present combines simplicity, modernity, and comfort. Inspired by Nordic architecture, this single-family home stands out for its clean style, straight lines, and the clever use of large glass openings that allow for natural light. With a total surface area of 2,240 sq. ft., it offers a functional and elegant living space, perfectly suited to families seeking a modern and warm living environment.

A bright and friendly home

From the entrance, the ground floor captivates with its open-concept living space. The modern kitchen with a central island and adjoining dining area connects directly to the dining room and living room, creating a welcoming space ideal for spending time with family and friends. The large bay windows let in natural light and highlight the home's Scandinavian aesthetic. The upper floor benefits from a mezzanine that adds volume and light. This architectural detail, typical of the Scandinavian style, reinforces the unique character of this model.

Three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms

The Scandinavian two-story house plan includes three well-proportioned bedrooms, including a master bedroom upstairs, offering comfort and privacy. The other two bedrooms are strategically located to ensure tranquility and functionality. With its two full bathrooms, the house perfectly meets the needs of a modern family.

The upper floor also features a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and glass-enclosed shower, reminiscent of the spa-like feel often found in Scandinavian homes. The ground floor, meanwhile, features a practical and functional bathroom.

An office space and a multipurpose hallway

On the second level, a large office and an open hallway allow you to integrate a work or relaxation area according to your needs. Whether for teleworking, reading, or a creative space, this design emphasizes the flexibility sought in a modern home.

A construction adapted to the Quebec lifestyle

This Scandinavian two-story house plan is designed to adapt to the realities of construction in Quebec. Built on a concrete slab, it ensures strength and durability while limiting the costs associated with a basement. Without a garage, this house optimizes living space and is particularly well suited to country and suburban lots.

With a width of 28 feet and a depth of 40 feet, this home adapts easily to several types of lots while maintaining its modern, Nordic aesthetic.

A home designed for today and tomorrow

By choosing this model, you are opting for a timeless style that emphasizes simplicity, functionality, and quality of space. The Scandinavian two-story house plan is distinguished by its comfort, brightness, and balanced design, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. Its minimalist yet welcoming architecture makes it an ideal choice for families seeking a modern yet relaxing living environment. This model is a true invitation to enjoy everyday life in a home where every detail is designed for well-being.
