A family home with a traditional style

This traditional house plan with a mezzanine offers a timeless design that captivates with its elegance and simplicity. Inspired by classic residential architecture, this single-family home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is ideal for a family looking to combine modern comfort with traditional aesthetics, while enjoying perfectly designed functional spaces.

With a total surface area of 1,350 sq ft, this compact and well-organized home blends easily into various environments, whether urban, suburban, or rural. Its straight lines, sloped roof, and thoughtful interior design make it a sustainable and practical option for today's families.

An interior design designed for comfort

The ground floor of this house is designed to foster family life. It features a welcoming living room connected to a convivial dining room, creating a large open space that facilitates interaction. The functional kitchen is strategically positioned to maximize flow and efficiency on a daily basis.

A bright solarium completes the ground floor, allowing guests to enjoy natural light throughout the year. This space can be converted into a relaxation area, a reading room, or even a small office, depending on the needs of the occupants. On this level, an additional bedroom adds versatility, ideal for entertaining guests or serving as a master bedroom for those who wish to limit their movements upstairs.

Upstairs bedrooms for greater privacy

The upper floor of this traditional house plan with a mezzanine accommodates two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. The spacious and well-lit master bedroom provides a private and relaxing space. The second, more compact bedroom is perfect for a child, an office, or a guest room.

The mezzanine enriches this floor by adding a versatile space that can be used as a reading nook, an office, or a play area. This layout optimizes the total floor space and meets the evolving needs of families.

A durable and functional structure

Built on a poured concrete foundation, this home guarantees strength and durability that meet current construction standards. Although the model does not include an integrated garage, its lot can easily accommodate an outdoor parking space or a detached garage, depending on your preference.

With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home perfectly meets the needs of a medium-sized family. Its balanced dimensions, 47' wide by 24' deep, allow for a harmonious layout on various types of lots.

A home that combines tradition and practicality

Choosing this traditional house plan with a mezzanine means opting for a home that is elegant, comfortable, and functional. Thanks to its classic design and bright spaces, it stands the test of time without losing its charm. Whether you are looking for a main home for your family or a residential cottage, this model adapts to your lifestyle plans.
