House plan on a sloping site: A design adapted to your environment

Building on a sloping site presents several challenges, but also magnificent architectural opportunities. This house plan on a sloping site was specifically designed to take advantage of the natural relief, while ensuring a harmonious, functional, and comfortable layout. Ideal for lots located on a lake, in a mountainous region, or on a wooded site, this model combines Scandinavian elegance with the intelligence of a design adapted to the slope.

Warm and contemporary scandinavian architecture

Scandinavian inspiration is immediately apparent in the aesthetics of this house. The combination of natural wood, clean lines, large windows, and a steeply pitched roof gives the building a warm and modern look. This design emphasizes natural light, sustainable materials, and integration into the landscape. Thanks to generous windows on two levels, the house benefits from optimal lighting throughout the day. This house plan on a sloping lot offers a perfect balance between architectural beauty and adaptation to the Quebec climate, with an efficient envelope and exterior cladding designed to last.

An interior layout designed for modern living

With a total living area of 912 sq ft spread over two levels, this house model offers a well-thought-out layout that maximizes every square meter. The ground floor features a beautiful open concept combining the living room, dining room, and a functional kitchen with a central island, ideal for entertaining family or friends. Two comfortable bedrooms are also located on this floor, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower, and a concealed laundry room.

Access to the balcony-terrace from the living room allows you to enjoy the panoramic view offered by the slope of the land. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

A finished basement with a garden level

The great advantage of this house plan on a sloping lot lies in its fully finished basement, which transforms into a true living space thanks to a bright garden level. This lower level includes a spacious third bedroom, a second full bathroom, a mechanical room, and a large living room that can be used as a family room, a playroom, or even a home office. All of this benefits from direct access to the outdoors, allowing occupants to easily enjoy the land and garden.

This type of layout maximizes the living space while making the most of the sloping lot, transforming a constraint into a real architectural asset.

An ideal solution for complex lots

This model is specially designed for sloping lots, where a traditional bungalow would not be possible. Whether your lot overlooks a lake, is on the edge of a mountain, or has a significant elevation change, this plan offers a practical and aesthetic solution to your needs. The garden level also allows for outdoor features such as a spa, a fireplace, or a terraced garden.
