This client wanted to build a modern semi-detached house . The left part of the house is made up of a convertible basement, the ground floor and the upper floor with access to the terrace. There is a large family room with the living room and kitchen open to the dining room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a large dressing room and two bathrooms. As for the right part, only the ground floor is habitable. There is a bedroom with a large walk-in closet, a bathroom and, finally, a small kitchen which opens directly onto the dining room and the living room is in continuity.

It is therefore a very practical house for rental investment or to accommodate someone for several months.
