One of our recent large single-storey house plan projects was entrusted to us by a couple who wanted to build a house that was both functional for their family life and adapted to their professional project in the textile sector. They contacted us to design a house that was spacious enough to set up a workshop and a production area. After taking the time to fully understand their specific needs, we connected our clients with one of our technologists to begin designing the plan.

The large single-story house plan we created for them includes a finished basement with areas dedicated to their professional activities. The basement houses a large reception room, a mechanical room, a sewing room, as well as four large closets, two offices, a guest bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. This level of the project was designed to meet all of our clients’ professional and personal needs, while maximizing work space.

On the ground floor, we opted for a functional layout with two residential habitaciones.
