These clients from the Laurentians wanted to save space on their house , so they contacted us to see if it was possible to build a garage adjacent to it with an addition of floors . After discussing with our architectural technologist , he offered them a house plan that met their expectations. This plan shows us a large garage added to the right of the house with access from the side, an internal staircase connects it to the rest of the house and leads to the new floor which includes a living room, a student bedroom and a beautiful dedicated room at a desk.
