Discover our tiny house plan: Traditional elegance and optimized comfort
Do you dream of a simpler lifestyle without sacrificing style or comfort? This 508 sq ft tiny house model perfectly embodies the fusion of timeless traditional architecture and the needs of modern living. Designed to maximize every square foot, this tiny house plan is the ideal solution for those seeking a minimalist primary residence, a guest cottage, or a peaceful retreat.
Traditional architecture with a strong character
From the first glance, this home captivates with its classic and refined appearance. The traditional architectural style is enhanced by deep blue vertical siding, contrasting beautifully with pristine white moldings. The cream stone base provides a solid foundation and a natural texture that anchors the house in its surroundings.
The gray metal gable roof not only ensures exceptional durability in the Quebec climate but also reinforces the property's rustic charm. The exterior's most striking feature is its large covered front porch, supported by elegant columns, providing a sheltered outdoor space perfect for enjoying summer days.
A smart and functional interior
Despite its compact footprint, the interior layout of this small house plan is surprisingly fluid. At 18' wide and 28'3" deep, every area has been designed to offer an uncluttered living experience.
The main entrance leads to a bright, open-concept living area that includes a welcoming living room and an ergonomic kitchen with a central island and integrated sink. This island serves as both a preparation surface and a dining area, maximizing the flow of movement. Numerous multi-paned windows flood the rooms with natural light, creating an immediate sense of spaciousness.
Versatile living spaces
This model stands out with the inclusion of a sewing room (6'1" x 10'1"), a rare feature for a home of this size. This versatile room can easily be adapted into a home office or creative studio to suit your needs.
The master bedroom (10'2" x 8'0") offers a cozy and comfortable retreat, while the full bathroom cleverly incorporates a laundry area for complete functionality on a single floor. At the rear, an 18' x 6' concrete deck extends the living space outdoors, perfect for patio furniture.
A sturdy single-level construction
Built on a poured concrete foundation and designed without a basement, this single-story home greatly simplifies maintenance and accessibility. It's a smart choice for those looking to minimize stairs or for quick construction on a flat lot. The absence of a garage allows for a smaller footprint while maximizing the quality of the living spaces.
Choosing this small house plan means opting for a design by Plan Maison Québec, where architectural quality meets energy efficiency and intelligent design. Take the first step towards your building project with a model that combines traditional aesthetics and modern living.
