THE STEPS OF PLAN DESIGN
STEP 1
free consultation with a technologist
At Plan Maison Québec , we know that a new construction or renovation project is one of the major projects of your life. It is for this reason that offering you a free first meeting by video conference with a technologist is part of the logical order of things in order to establish a first contact. This first meeting allows you to validate the feasibility of your project with your appointed technologist , with whom you must feel an accomplice, since the success of your project depends on this complicity between you and the latter.
BEFORE the meeting
In order to optimize your time and that of your technologist , we ask you before your first meeting to check with your city / municipality the regulations that govern your property, the zoning and the possibilities offered in terms of constructability, in order to ensure the feasibility of your project.
If you are short on time or would like us to take care of this step for you, just be sure to mention it to your technologist during the meeting, and he or she will make a proposal to you along the way.
Also, do not hesitate to gather inspirational elements (photos, material samples, colors, etc.), which may be useful for you to talk about your project to your technologist . You can also give us sketches if you have made any, or any other file you deem useful.

2ND STEP
Measurement record and preliminary plans
Within 2-5 business days of your approval, your technologist will begin designing your plans. If it is a renovation project, they will contact you to make an on-site appointment for the measurement record, in order to create your preliminary plans.
