A spacious farmhouse-style residence with distinctive architectural character

This farmhouse-style home plan—featuring a double garage and a mezzanine—offers a 4,176-square-foot single-family residence designed with generous living spaces, a functional layout, and a warm, inviting aesthetic. Spanning two floors and including a fully finished basement and an integrated double garage, this home is perfectly suited for families in search of a spacious and versatile property.

The farmhouse architecture is defined by its gabled rooflines, peaked volumes, and exterior cladding with natural textures. A harmonious composition is achieved through the combination of horizontal and vertical siding, wood accents, and a green metal roof. Large windows invite an abundance of natural light, while a covered porch enhances the welcoming appeal of the façade.

An open-concept ground floor designed for social living

The ground floor is organized around shared living spaces. From the main entrance, a vestibule leads into a sprawling 16' 8" x 13' living room, where expansive windows allow for a seamless connection to the outdoors.

The 15' 4" x 10' 9" kitchen features a large central island with integrated seating—an ideal spot for meal preparation or casual gatherings. It flows directly into the 12' x 8' dining area, fostering an open and sociable atmosphere.

A separate walk-in pantry provides convenient storage for groceries and culinary essentials, while a powder room completes the layout on this level.

The integrated double garage, measuring approximately 19' x 34', offers ample room for both parking and storage. An adjacent mudroom helps keep daily transitions between the garage and the main living areas organized and efficient. An upper floor featuring three bedrooms and private spaces

The upper floor houses three bedrooms arranged around a central circulation area that opens onto the level below. This layout highlights the farmhouse-style mezzanine, which enhances the sense of spaciousness and fosters architectural continuity between the levels.

The primary bedroom measures approximately 16' 8" by 12' 10". It includes access to a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a separate shower, and a double vanity.

The two secondary bedrooms—each measuring approximately 13' 2" by 11'—feature built-in storage. A second full bathroom, complete with a bathtub, serves these rooms.

A separate 12' by 6' laundry room completes this floor, conveniently grouping essential household functions near the bedrooms.

A finished basement dedicated to leisure and relaxation

The finished basement serves as a significant extension of the home’s living area. A large family room accommodates various recreational setups, such as a lounge area, a home cinema, or a pool table.

A full bathroom and a dedicated mechanical room ensure the functionality and ease of maintenance of this level. An interior staircase provides a practical connection to the ground floor.

The poured-concrete foundation provides a solid structural base for this residential design, subject to site-specific requirements and applicable technical calculations.

A farmhouse-style plan designed for evolving family life

Measuring 60 feet wide by 35 feet deep, this farmhouse-style home offers a well-balanced distribution of common areas, bedrooms, and recreational spaces. The covered porch, double garage, and various storage areas enhance the property's functionality, while its traditional architectural forms lend it a timeless identity.
