In this case, our architectural technologist was able to create a custom single-storey L -shaped house . It was necessary to take into account the client's budget and the directives of the municipality.
The client wanted to have an oriented terrace without vis-à-vis and without passage.

For this project the objective was to also have a garage with an inside entrance and exit to avoid going out in snowy weather! Heated garage of medium size, to allow several storage spaces accessible from the inside.
