You will receive a proposal by email following the meeting for the design of your plans, but the feasibility study of your project during this videoconference and the subsequent follow-up with the architectural technologist are 100% free. This initial meeting of approximately 30 minutes is essential to get a clear idea of your needs and ideas. The main objective is to determine feasibility and a budget, but also to define the timeframe for the design of your plans so that the technologist can make a proposal to begin the project if you are ready to proceed. During this meeting, we will discuss: - Your needs and ideas. - Alternative solutions regarding the layout of the rooms and current construction standards. - The regulations governing your property, zoning, and the possibilities offered in terms of buildability. - It is preferable to first obtain your site plan and verify its feasibility with the city (e.g., margins and percentages regarding possible sizes and dimensions).
