You will receive a proposal by email following the meeting for the design of your plans, but the feasibility study of your project during this videoconference and the subsequent follow-up with the architectural technologist are 100% free. Are you planning to add a story, expand your home, add a garage, or simply need a custom renovation plan for work in the Central Quebec administrative region? This initial meeting of approximately 30 minutes is essential to get a clear idea of your needs and ideas. The objective is primarily to determine feasibility and a budget, but also to define the timeframe for the design of your plans so that the technologist can provide you with a proposal to begin the project if you are ready to proceed. During this meeting, we will discuss: - Your needs and ideas. - Alternative solutions regarding room layouts and current construction standards. - The regulations governing your property, zoning, and building options; - It's best to first obtain your site plan and verify its feasibility with the city (e.g., margins and percentages regarding possible sizes and dimensions).
