Scandinavian chaletplan with garden level: A bright and functional model

If you dream of a modern, warm home in harmony with nature, this Scandinavian chalet plan with garden level is an ideal solution. Designed to meet the needs of a contemporary family or a second home project, this model combines Nordic aesthetics, open spaces, and practical layout. With its 2,491 sq. ft. spread over two floors and a finished basement, it offers a spacious and welcoming living space, perfectly suited to sloping lots.

A scandinavian style with timeless design

The charm of Scandinavian architecture lies in the simplicity of its lines and the way it emphasizes natural light. This Scandinavian chalet plan with garden level perfectly illustrates this philosophy. Its elegant silhouette is emphasized by a gable roof and a facade punctuated by large bay windows. These generous openings allow abundant light to flood in throughout the day, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere inside.

The choice of materials and the simplicity of the forms reflect the Nordic aesthetic, both refined and modern. This timeless style blends harmoniously into various environments, whether in the great outdoors, in the mountains, or by the lake.

A complete and practical garden level

The garden level is one of the major assets of this chalet. Thanks to its layout on a sloping lot, it offers additional living space while maintaining direct access to the outdoors. This level includes a large, bright living room, a comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom, and a practical laundry room. There is also a walk-in storage area and a well-organized mechanical room.

This fully finished basement offers great versatility: it can accommodate a family room, a relaxation area, or even be adapted as an extra guest quarters. The inclusion of this garden level makes the house even more functional and suitable for different lifestyles.

An open and bright ground floor

On the main level, the open concept emphasizes the conviviality and fluidity of the spaces. The modern kitchen, equipped with a pantry, opens onto the dining room and living room, forming a large central space bathed in light thanks to the huge windows. The adjoining terrace extends this space outdoors, ideal for sharing meals with family or admiring the view.

The ground floor also includes a closed office, perfect for teleworking, as well as a bathroom and additional storage space. This floor is designed to combine daily comfort and practicality, while maintaining a clean design.

An elegant mezzanine and a well-defined sleeping area

The top level of the Scandinavian chalet plan with garden level is distinguished by its mezzanine opening onto the ground floor. This airy space allows light to circulate and creates a unique and welcoming place to relax.

It also features a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom, offering comfort and privacy. In total, this chalet has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, an ideal layout for a family or for welcoming guests in a pleasant and functional setting.

Comfort, durability, and adaptability

Based on a poured concrete foundation or slab, this chalet combines strength and durability. The absence of a garage maximizes living space while respecting the minimalist aesthetic of Scandinavian style. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a perfect balance between aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.

With its fully furnished garden level, elegant mezzanine, and vast open spaces, this model meets the expectations of modern families while retaining the timeless charm of Nordic chalets.

A Scandinavian chalet ideal for your project

By choosing this Scandinavian chalet plan with a garden level, you are opting for a unique, bright, and versatile model. Designed to adapt to sloping terrain, it maximizes every available space while providing optimal comfort. Whether you're looking for a primary residence or a second home, this model embodies the perfect balance of contemporary design, functionality, and Scandinavian authenticity.
