A functional and timeless traditional bungalow house plan

This traditional bungalow house plan was designed to offer a perfect balance between architectural simplicity, everyday comfort, and efficient use of space. Equally suited as a primary residence or a four-season cottage, this model impresses with its traditional style, clean lines, and thoughtful interior layout. With 1,362 square feet of living space spread over a single level, this single-family home meets the needs of couples, small families, or retirees seeking an accessible and sustainable home.

Traditional architecture that stands the test of time

Inspired by traditional design, this bungalow is distinguished by its understated volume, gable roof, and vertical cladding, which lend it a warm and authentic character. The absence of a garage allows for a balanced and harmonious facade while maximizing interior space. The 3D renderings showcase a simple architecture, well-integrated into the landscape, ideal for both rural and residential settings. This traditional bungalow plan integrates easily into various settings and respects the classic architectural styles appreciated in Quebec.

A fluid and well-thought-out interior layout

Upon entering, you'll discover an open-plan living space that fosters conviviality and natural light. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are grouped together in a functional common area, facilitating movement and daily interaction. The kitchen features an efficient layout, with a central island that serves as both a work surface and a gathering space.

The dining room, located near the windows, benefits from abundant natural light, while the living room offers a comfortable space for relaxation. The organization of these zones contributes significantly to the appeal of this traditional bungalow plan, designed for a simple and pleasant lifestyle.

Two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom

The sleeping area includes two generously sized bedrooms, offering privacy and comfort. The master bedroom is designed to accommodate a king-size bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom can serve as a child's room, home office, or guest room, depending on your needs.

The full bathroom, strategically located between the living areas and bedrooms, offers a practical and ergonomic layout. It perfectly meets the requirements of a single-story, single-family home, while maintaining a smooth and logical flow.

An accessible and easy-to-live-in home

With no stairs, basement, or mezzanine, this model prioritizes optimal accessibility. The poured concrete foundation ensures strength and durability, while the single-level design facilitates maintenance and adaptability to all stages of life. This traditional single-story house plan is ideal for those seeking a functional, safe, and adaptable home.

Measuring 40 feet wide and 36 feet deep, this plan easily adapts to many types of lots, while offering an efficient footprint.
