In this particular project, a family approached us to extend their home by adding a double garage and a converted upper floor. Their main requirement was to optimise the space in their property whilst respecting the existing architecture and the constraints of the land. After discussing their requirements and budget, we put together a strategy to meet their request: a rooftop extension.

The first objective was to create a spacious double garage, accessible from both the front and the right side of the house. This garage had to provide enough space for two vehicles whilst incorporating efficient storage solutions. Inside, a bathroom and laundry room were planned to meet the practical needs of the family.
