How does it work?

1. Click on “Plan My Project” to move on to the next step.

2. Select the start date of your project or subscription to reserve your technologist’s schedule. No payment will be charged before this date. Your technologist is available right away if you wish to begin your project without delay.

3. Your architectural technologist will contact you within 24 to 48 hours following the production start date to confirm the project assignment and plan the next steps with you.

By choosing Plan Maison Québec or one of our partner contractors for your construction project, your design fees will be fully credited toward your construction contract. You’ll also enjoy a complete service package including plan design, interior design, and virtual / VR tour, at no additional cost — a value estimated between $6,000 and $10,000.
